Tribute to Vincent Van Gogh
This Van Gogh–inspired painting, Café Terrace at Night, was created on a lazy Saturday afternoon. I’ve always loved Vincent’s colors—their glow, their boldness—and when I finished this study, I felt genuinely pleased with the result. A few months later, it sold.
To be honest, I miss it. That painting occupied a warm corner of my heart, and letting it go wasn’t easy. It was created on a large 30×40‑inch canvas using acrylics and makeup—another experiment, another step in my ongoing study of the masters.
Here’s a secret: I rarely enjoy selling my originals. I grow attached to them, and money feels like a poor substitute for the connection I have with it.
The original, 36x48 inches canvas, will always live in my essence.
Available only as a print, 13x19 or 16 x 20 inches
